ABOUT THIS CLASS

Among jazz music’s most transformative innovators, trumpeter and bandleader Miles Dewey Davis III spearheaded numerous eras and challenged perceptions along the way. On the occasion of his centennial celebration, Discover Jazz delves into the multiplicity of Miles’ many contributions to the Black American Music continuum and centers some of his most iconic albums. Leading us on this journey is stalwart guitarist and educator Terrence Brewer, joined by a host of stellar musical guests, including trumpet great Keyon Harrold
